Make safe AI practical for small businesses
AI tools are now part of everyday work, but most small businesses don't have a written AI policy, and many owners worry about where their data ends up. Large companies have security teams for this. Small businesses usually don't.
We exist to close that gap. We put clear, visible guardrails around AI first, then help your team get real value from it, at prices sized for businesses with roughly 5 to 75 people.

Our name
Why “Clearfence”?
A good fence doesn't keep you from using your land. It marks where things belong. A clear fence goes further: you can see exactly where the boundaries are and what's on the other side.

Where we work
On-site in DFW, remote nationwide
We work on-site with businesses across Dallas–Fort Worth, so workshops and rollouts can happen in your office.
We also serve businesses anywhere in the U.S. remotely. Assessments, AI policy, training, and setup all work well over a video call.
